Delivery Charges

We aim to dispatch on the same working day of receiving your order either by standard 2nd class Royal Mail or UK courier (Interlink/DPD).

Orders received after 2.00pm may be dispatched next working day.

You will be notified immediately by email or phone of any items that are out of stock and when we expect them to be back in stock and delivered to you.

Orders being sent to an address outside of the UK will be sent using Royal Mail on an International 'Tracked or Signed for' service and for larger orders we use DHL / DPD and should arrive within 3-14 days, depending on destination.

Postage & Packaging charges to the UK:

Up to £10 = £2.50
Orders Over £10.00 = Free

Express Next Working Day Delivery:

Up to £50 - £6.50
Orders over £50 = £7.50

Orders placed for the express delivery service must be placed before 2:00pm Monday-Friday, and are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed for delivery before 1:00pm next working day service.

This service is available in England, Wales, N. Ireland and some parts of Scotland and does require a signature.

Postage & Packaging to Republic of Ireland:

Up to £100.00 = £10.00
Up to £200.00 = £20.00
Over £200.00 = £30.00

Postage & Packaging to the EU:*

Due to the ongoing issues at both UK and EU borders causing serious delays to EU deliveries, we regretfully have suspended shipping orders to anywhere in Europe for the time being. We are working on re-instating these again as quickly as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Postage & Packaging to the Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man:

Up to £40 sent by Royal Mail = Free

Orders over £40 sent by courier = £12

Postage & Packaging guide to the Rest of the World (Including Cyprus):

Orders up to £59.99 = £45.00 Shipping
£60.00 to £99.99 = £60.00 Shipping

If you would like to place an order for delivery to an address outside of the UK please email us on info@puppetsbypost.com or call us on +44 (0) 1462 446040 stating which products you would like to buy and we will advise you of the best competitive rate that day.

Orders over £40 are dispatched with a courier (Mon - Fri delivery only) and require a signature upon delivery.

Express Delivery:

£6.50 Royal Mail Special Delivery

Orders for express delivery are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery and are guaranteed for delivery before 1:00pm next working day. If you require this option please place your order before 2.00pm otherwise it may be shipped the next day. This service is available in England, Wales, N. Ireland and some parts of Scotland.

Delivery to Republic of Ireland:

 Up to £100.00 = £10.00
Up to £200.00 = £20.00
Over £200.00 = £30.00

Delivery to the EU *:

 Up to £20.00 = £10.00
Up to £50.00 = £20.00
Over £50.00 = £30.00
