Dear puppets by post. Thank you so much for my parcel which i was so pleased arrived the next day! Excellent. The book and puppets are brilliant. I had bought one previously from a shop quite far from where we live, had no idea if or where they are sold locally and suddenly thought of trying on line Wonderful. When my daughter (who has just turned 4) was asked what she wanted for Christmas, she replied very innocently but matter-of-factly "an Armadillo please Daddy" When I picked my self up off the floor from laughing, I asked her if she knew what one was?, which again she innocently said "no". Again, after picking my self up, I wondered where on earth I would be able to find one for her, but needn't have worried.........Puppets by Post to the rescue :) Apart from the amazingly quick delivery (especially as coming up to Christmas), the puppet itself is gorgeous, with huge amounts of play potential. Happily, she loves it, more often than not taking it to bed with her to cuddle too. Thank you very VERY much from a very happy parent and little girl :D

Just wanted to tell you that the crocodile puppet we bought from you last year has been in action again today on an interview! This time for a permanent job! And he was successful! I ordered 'Crispin' and 'Bird of Paradise' to use with the children at school during circle time sessions. They are much loved by everyone. I have recommended you to colleagues and friends due to the quality of the puppets and the speed of your service. My son now has one of your giraffes (he named it Geoff), a couple of your baby birds have made great Christmas presents and I have just placed an order for another couple of 'wigglers' for friends. Thank you, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for such excellent service. I ordered just after 9 on Friday morning and my parcel arrived safely at 8.30 Saturday morning. What splendid service. I had requested an early delivery if possible because I needed the fox and the gingerbread boy for World Book Day on 3rd March and there they were in my porch one day later. I really cannot thank you enough. Our Katie the signing doll gives excellent service every Monday at Story time at the library and at Wiggle and Jiggle singing babies on Fridays. She is a great hit with the kids and we have now had her for 4 years delighting the children with her tongue pulling and clapping and waving. I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for your speedy service. I placed this order for my nieces birthday late on Monday evening, you email on Tuesday (as below) to say it had been dispatched and amazingly the puppets arrived with me on Wednesday morning. I was able to wrap them up and post them on again and they arrived on Thursday (my nieces 2nd birthday) She loves them.So thank you once again for your famastic service, I really thought because I had been unorganised! she would have her birthday present late! - Samantha

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for your excellent fast service. I put my order through mid-afternoon on Thursday 14 April and by midday on Friday my two puppets had arrived. Very impressive as we live over 500 miles from you in North Scotland! My two children are absolutely thrilled with their puppets and no doubt when these wear out we will be back for more!
