Christmas delivery schedule

Our offices will close at 13:00 on the 22nd of December and re-open on the 2nd of January 2024. Any orders placed during this time will be despatched on the 2nd of January 2024.

UK – Last Order Times

Any orders placed before 13:00 on the 22nd of December with standard delivery will be despatched via Royal Mail first class delivery (usually 24 hours - not guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas) 

Any orders placed with 'UK Express Delivery' up until 14:00 on the 21st of December will be despatched via Royal Mail next day (guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas)

All orders received after 13:00 on the 22nd of December will be shipped on the 2nd of January 2024.

Christmas Returns

You can Christmas shop with Puppets By Post with complete confidence, as any puppets and toys ordered from the 16th of November 2023, are valid for an exchange or refund until the 1st of February 2024. This means if you are not completely satisfied with them, simply send the item back to us in an unused condition and with the relevant paperwork to receive an exchange or full refund.
