- You have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days after receipt of goods during which time you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund on the purchase price. (This period is extended to 21 days over the Christmas period.)
- If the goods are faulty, you can return them to us and we will refund their purchase price and your postage costs.
